Organize Your Marketing Activities Within Projects

Centralize, structure, and track all your marketing efforts in one place—from idea to execution.

Updated over a month ago

A Project acts as a container for everything related to a specific marketing initiative. Whether you're managing a product launch, content calendar, ad campaign, or client strategy, it helps you group related whiteboards, campaigns, and assets so your work stays focused and aligned.

Examples of Projects:

  • Spring Product Launch

  • Client: Wellness Studio – Q3 Marketing Plan

  • SEO Strategy for Organic Growth

  • Black Friday Paid Ads Campaign

Why Use Projects?

Projects are designed to help you:

  • Keep campaigns organized by topic, client, or goal

  • Collaborate more efficiently with your team or clients

  • Track progress across different campaign phases

  • Store all related whiteboards, assets, and documents in one place

How to Create a Project

  1. Go to the Projects section from your main dashboard.

  2. Click Add Project.

  3. Enter a name and click Add.

    Project Management Page

After creating or selecting an existing project, you'll be redirected to the Project Management Page.

    Here, you can:

    • Start creating Whiteboards and building custom Workflows

    • Save and access important documents and AI-generated content

    • Reuse past materials, strategies, or assets to save time and stay consistent

This page is your workspace hub—everything tied to that project lives here.

Note: The Files option inside your project will only appear after you've saved your first file. This keeps the interface clean until you're ready to start storing materials.

Best Practices

  • Use clear naming conventions for your projects and whiteboards to make navigation easier (e.g., “Client - Channel - Q4 Campaign”).

  • Group similar efforts within a single project when possible (e.g., all campaigns for a product launch).

  • Review project summaries at the end of each whiteboard to keep track of outcomes and insights.

Next Step

  • Add Activities to your Project with Whiteboards

Once your project is created, you can begin building marketing activities inside it using Whiteboards.

Each whiteboard can represent:

  • A social media campaign

  • An email sequence

  • A brand strategy

  • A blog content plan

  • Any standalone or ongoing marketing task

Your AI agent will help generate step-by-step workflows within each whiteboard, tailored to your objective.
